PRICING
Each item offered in the AUGUST ETTA online shop is completely handmade/hand-crafted by artisans in Oaxaca, Mexico and Austin, Texas. The handmade goods sold in the online shop are one of a kind offerings, therefore available in limited quantities. AUGUST ETTA has done its best to display goods as accurately as possible. Please be aware: variations in style, color, and size may occur.
AUGUST ETTA hopes you love your purchase, embracing the Wabi-sabi nature of our offerings in all their imperfect beauty. Although, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see the return policy below for returns and/or exchanges.

Fundación En Vía is a non-profit organization located in Oaxaca, Mexico committed to supporting social and community development through the combination of three main programs: microfinance, responsible tourism, and education programs focused on education, health, and community.

Next day air domestic: $80.00
2-day air domestic: $50.00

Worldwide expedited 2-5 days: $80.00
Please specify any special shipping needs. AUGUST ETTA will do its best to accommodate you: jane@augustetta.com. All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.
Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. AUGUST ETTA is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.
RETURNS
AUGUST ETTA will gladly accept returns & exchanges for orders placed within 7 days of delivery. The returned goods must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
To return merchandise, please email jane@augustetta.com for return authorization and further information.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. AUGUST ETTA does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to AUGUST ETTA.
TAX
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Texas at the local tax rate of 8.25%.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AUGUST ETTA shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials and services on this site or the performance of any its products (even if AUGUST ETTA has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
